Day 4 (27 Oct): Cing Jing Sheep Farm

This is one of the attraction that i am so looking forward to and the best place i ever go. The place, the weather, the company, the people and even the animals were just so right! PERFECT!! <3 <3
As we are traveling in 2, it is not wise to get private car. Get this farm pass at NTD600 and save you much hassle. It includes 2 way transport to and from Taichung and entrance ticket to the Cing Jing Farm. Also since we are coming back to Taichung after Cing Jing, we decided to just pack enough clothes for 2D1N trip to Cing Jing, and left the remaining luggage at the TaiChung Hotel concierge. Just pack the valuables. It's quite safe afterall and really make our trip much easier.

Bus journey took about 2hrs... so much to see along the journey and with much anticipation.... was so excited about it....
Finally we arrived at our minsu, Misty Villa. It's the best choice ever! I must really recommend this!! It's located near the bus stop, and direction is so clear. The room was nicely decorated, and so spacious!! It comes with daily breakfast as well.
The room doesn't comes with air-con, but it feels like having one!! The wind from outside was just so cooling! and it feels like aircon. In fact, it gets very cold at night.
The view from the balcony. Save us money and energy to join the morning sunrise tour, which supposedly start at 4am! Well, the staff was kind enough to advise us that we could just skip the morning tour.
Our minsu is very near to the shopping area, with just 10mins walk including climbing up and down the slope. Well, its a mountain area therefore you can avoid climbing! LOL. By the way, the minsu has no escalator nor lifts! If you are staying at level 4 and with big luggage, GOOD LUCK to your leg! :P
They have the mini Lavender Shop too. If you missed the Lavender cottage, can grab some goodies here though. LOL

MOS Burger for Lunch before we head further up to the Cing Jing Farm!
Yes, plus a free bus ride to Cing Jing Farm which was included in the ticket. and Yippy!! We are here!! Mehhhhhh ~~~~~ :D
Remember to buy enough food for them.. it's so cheap that i wouldn't mind buying more just in case many come by! hahaha... It's really an experience to have such close contact with them!! They are so nice! It's so Flufffyyyy!!!! mehhhhh~~~~

Not forgetting a horse ride before the Sheep Shearing show starts... only NTD100!! You just cant give it a missed!! The horse... i must say... it's huge!!! Unlike those i've seen in SG zoo. Ours look like on diet... then those in Cing Jing is really well-fed! Tough and Huge!
Quite ironic, mutton soup and mutton sausage sold here, yes at the Cing Jing sheep Farm.. ermmm.... But, we tried! hahaha... it was very nice!!! Having a hot mutton soup at the top of the mountain, with cold weather... ahhhh.... SHioK..... Must try! Though i wonder where they get it from.... ???? :P
The farm closed at 5pm, and we didnt know our last bus back to hotel has gone! LOL!! and the staff say we have to WALK back!! OMG!! LOL! Left with no choice, we decided to hitch a ride! We said 'we are from Singapore, dont mind if could send us down to the main area. please' And they agreed without any hesitation! LOL! So nice can!!
At night, we took a ride to the nearby night street for dinner. Look at the menu, so many 'weird meats' from chicken, to pork, to wild boar, to deer meat, mutton, rabbit!! goodness!
This was what we got for 2! haha... Some usual meats, like wild boar, deer meat and pork plus a 'vegetable' and a bitter gourd soup! Everything were nice except the 'vegetable'. It's some fried bamboo shoot la. I don't like. LOL!
We were very lucky, half way through our dinner we spotted fireworks!!! Though we don't know what occasion was that. Well, we just continue the enjoy the food, the air, the fireworks.... NICE!!
Breakfast for the day... anyway, it's our first and last BF here, so we didnt care much of the food. But generally still acceptable la..not too bad.. just very normal.. :)

After breakfast, we went for a walk at the Little Swiss Garden. Is the same shopping area, but we didnt have enough time the day before. And we found this Carton King, which we missed the one at ShinShe.
This carton paper made horse can hold FAT!!
We didn't have time to explore much, because we were supposed to head back to Taichung, grab our luggage and travel to TAIPEI for our Part 2! We got some of our fav snacks from 7-11 and waited patiently at the road side for the bus... LOL. (afraid we missed the bus again... LOL)
So will continue with Part 2 @ Taipei!!!
